About Us

Hi, I'm root1 from Uganda: maintainer and developer of ShrikeLinux, ArchShrike, Strike Linux, and Kampala Linux. As a dedicated Linux sysadmin, open-source fan, and free software advocate, I'm all in on the FOSS movement!

Shrike Linux Uganda offers different kernels on our distros, mainly three types: LTS Kernel for those who want an extremely stable environment on an Arch-based distro, Rolling Stable for those who want the latest software, and Zen Kernel for those who want a super powerful, game-like experience.

We focus exclusively on free and open-source software, with Linux as our core foundation.
